Batter Mixing
(with measured ingredients). Break egg into mixing bowl. Pour in water, add salt & msg and beat mixture & add in flour slowly till it’s creamy.
Preparation
Cut Square cheese into four triangles (for stuffing into pocket of Hanpen), Cut Hanpen into two triangles and split into pocket. Stuff two pieces of cheese into the pocket. Dip into batter, then press over onto bread-crumbs . Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown.
